2. Orders & Payment

All prices are listed in INR (₹).

We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice.

Orders are confirmed only after successful payment (for prepaid orders).

For Cash on Delivery (COD), confirmation may require verification via call/SMS/WhatsApp.

COD Abuse Policy (Important)

jerseyWala reserves the right to:

Cancel COD orders from customers with previous failed deliveries.

Restrict or permanently block users who refuse delivery without valid reason.

Take necessary action in case of repeated fraudulent activity.

3. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are processed within 24–48 hours.

Estimated delivery timeline: 5–7 business days after dispatch.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, strikes, or force majeure events.

jerseyWala is not liable for delays caused by third-party courier services.

If a customer is unavailable at the time of delivery and the order is returned, re-shipping charges may apply.

4. Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted only under the conditions stated in our Return & Refund Policy.

Strict conditions apply:

Return request must be raised within 3 days of delivery.

Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags.

Clear unboxing video proof is mandatory for damaged/wrong product claims.

Refunds:

Processed within 5–7 business days after inspection and approval.

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

COD refunds are processed via UPI or Bank Transfer only.

jerseyWala reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet our conditions.

5. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.

Once shipped, cancellation is not permitted.

If a prepaid order is cancelled after processing, payment gateway charges may be deducted from the refund.

6. Intellectual Property

Unauthorized copying, reproduction, resale, or misuse is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action under applicable Indian laws.
